There is a real freedom in having no real plan. Don't get me wrong, I get what a tremendous luxury this is but, and this sounds so horrible, I deserve it. I've worked really hard, I saved my money, paid off my debt, built a solid reputation for myself and never really asked anyone for anything. So now I'm going to enjoy it. I will have to go back to work after the first of the year and I need to keep my mind active and fresh, but it is easy to fill the days with things I want to do (as opposed to with what I'm supposed to do).
Today's agenda - errands.
Dry cleaner, shoe repair, bank, post office, coffee with a friend, drink with another friend, dinner with more friends. Packing and laundry are necessary somewhere in between. Then thank you notes and several long overdue letters need to be written. Oh, and add the need to return something to H&M. Add all that up and the day is gone!
Pretty impressive. And I'm looking forward to filling 90 more days just like this.
